Refund Policy

Access to the service is granted immediately after successful payment. Once access is provided, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed, regardless of the level of actual usage.

No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, unused credits, or unused features. All pricing reflects access, availability, and allocation of resources rather than consumption volume.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without notice. We reserve the right to contest disputed payments where permitted.

Where a refund is legally mandated, it will be limited strictly to the amount required by law and processed using the original payment method. Processing timelines are subject to payment provider policies.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. Abuse of refund mechanisms may result in permanent account restrictions.
